The toxic dose of barbiturates differs considerably. On the whole, an oral dose of one gram of most barbiturates creates critical poisoning within an adult. pentobarbital will reduce the level or influence of ondansetron by affecting hepatic/intestinal enzyme CYP3A4 metabolism. Use Caution/Check.
